Overview

The Hydra Super Cleaning Pro+ 9.0L is a professional pressure sprayer designed for various cleaning and maintenance tasks, particularly in construction and industrial settings. It is manufactured by KWAZAR CORPORATION Sp. z o.o.

Function Description

The Hydra Super Cleaning Pro+ 9.0L is a versatile pressure sprayer primarily used for applying liquids under pressure. Its main function is to facilitate cleaning and maintenance work, especially in environments where robust and efficient application of cleaning agents, water, or other liquids is required.

It is ideal for professional cleaning and drilling in hard construction materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and reinforced concrete. The sprayer can also be used for the purpose of watering and spraying plants, as well as for washing construction equipment and machinery, tools, scaffolding, and cleaning surfaces after plastering work, washing surfaces at heights, and wherever access to water is difficult. The device is equipped with NBR and FPM sealing elements, ensuring durability and resistance to various chemicals.

The device is designed to be used with a quick coupling and a STOP valve, allowing for controlled and efficient operation. It includes a flexible hose, a suction pipe, a plastic bag containing a container with silicone oil, a water nozzle, and a shoulder strap for ease of use and transport.

Usage Features

The Hydra Super Cleaning Pro+ 9.0L is designed for ease of use and safety.

Installation:

  • Do not unscrew the head from the tank.
  • Install the shoulder strap and adjust its length as necessary.

Preparation for Operation:

  • Before each use, check the correct operation of the safety valve.
  • Fill the tank with water to its nominal capacity.
  • Always de-pressurize the tank before unscrewing the pump.
  • To de-pressurize, pull the head of the safety valve and keep it pulled for at least 10 seconds until pressure has been completely released.

Working with the Device:

  • Unscrew the pump from the head by turning the piston rod in the cylinder holders anticlockwise.
  • To lock the piston rod, turn it clockwise.
  • Insert the strainer into the head socket and pour in the working liquid.
  • Remove the sieve from the head socket.
  • Screw the pump into the head.
  • To ensure proper sealing, the piston rod can be used as a handle for transport.
  • The device is ready for connecting to a drilling rig or for spraying.
  • Use the supplied water nozzle, if needed, to sprinkle or spray over a larger area.
  • Ensure the nozzle is closed before connecting it to the hose; hold the body of the nozzle and turn its casing anticlockwise until it is locked.
  • If closed, press the nozzle into the quick coupling until a "clicking" sound is heard. The flow of liquid is regulated by turning the casing of the nozzle. This allows for variable adjustment ranges from a conical jet to a straight jet.
  • After disconnecting the nozzle from the hose, the STOP valve inside the quick coupling will automatically cut off the flow of liquid through the hose. The pressure in the tank will be maintained. The pressure level in the tank will gradually decrease during operation, restoring the pressure in the tank by pumping.
  • After finishing work, it is absolutely necessary to de-pressurize the tank.
  • To transport the device, use the shoulder strap or the piston rod's handle, the latter of which must be locked in-between the cylinder handles. The pump must be tightly screwed into the head, regardless of the applied method of transport.

Safety Warnings:

  • It is strictly forbidden to leave the unattended or store the unit if it is under pressure.
  • It is forbidden to store the working liquid in the tank.
  • This is a pressurized device and must be protected against impacts.
  • The maximum temperature of the liquid cannot exceed 30°C.
  • It is forbidden to unscrew the head from the tank.
  • Do not unscrew the head from the tank. This can be a source of danger to health and life.
  • This device cannot be used by the following people: minors, pregnant women, intoxicated persons, or people under the influence of substances that limit the capacity to concentrate.
  • It is forbidden to work with the device if it is malfunctioning, its safety valve is faulty, and/or there is a leak.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking tobacco or e-cigarettes is not permitted when working with harmful substances.
  • Protect your eyes (glasses), respiratory tract (mask), and skin (protective clothing, headgear, gloves, and shoes) when working or preparing to commence work.
  • It is forbidden to use explosive, corrosive, or flammable agents.
  • When working with chemical substances in confined spaces, have at least two people to accompany you.

  • When renting the device, make sure it is always in good working order and attach these operating instructions.
  • It is recommended to change the device to a new one after 5 years of purchase, taking into account the fact that this device comes in contact with chemical agents, its exposition to atmospheric factors, and the ageing process.

Maintenance Features

Storage and Maintenance:

  • After each use, rinse the device thoroughly with clean water.
  • De-pressurize the tank.
  • Pull the head of the safety valve.
  • Unscrew the pump from the head.
  • Pour clean water (approx. 1/4 of the tank's capacity) into the tank.
  • Screw in the pump.
  • To obtain a tight connection, and then pump the tank.
  • Re-spray the previously sprayed areas to flush the system of the device.
  • When done, de-pressurize the tank.
  • Using the safety valve, screw the pump out.
  • Drain the remaining water from the tank.
  • Store the device WITHOUT PRESSURE at a temperature from +5°C to +35°C in locations not exposed to sunlight, away from radiators and out of the reach of children. It is recommended to unscrew the pump from the head.
  • If the device will be out of operation for a longer period of time, some maintenance is required. To this end, remove any residual agent from the device, rinse it with clean water, and then lubricate the seals with silicone oil (supplied with the device).
