Troubleshooting
Cleaning the Paper feed roller
If a paper often jams, clean the paper feed roller.
1 Open the top cover.
2 Push the toner cartridge lock button and then, lift the toner cartridge out of the machine.
Note Place the removed toner cartridge and drum unit on a sheet of paper to prevent staining other items.
