Ice bag (optional accessory)
The KYS ice bag is used to cool down the dough during long and high speed mixing jobs.
Place it in the fridge or freezer for a few hours before use.
To use the ice bag you must remove the Pro Baker Wings on both sides by unscrewing the 2 thumb
screws on each side, and pull out the wings. Unroll the ice bag and wrap it around the bowl,
fasten it tightly with the velcro bands. Make sure it is placed evenly on the bowl and not touch the
top or base of the machine.
Always remember to put the wings back on when nished, as they serve as hand protection when
not using the ice bag.
