Q10. Why cannot the air fryer connect to Wi-Fi?
• Before connecting, please turn on location service/GPS on your phone and grant
all the permissions required by Kyvol APP.
• Please check the network connection status before connection and make sure
you have paid your network fee in time.
• Make sure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router is a
dual-band router, please select the 2.4GHz network.
• Make sure you've entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password when
connecting.
• Avoid using an emoji or special characters or symbols in your Wi-Fi name and
password.
• It is not recommended to use the public Wi-Fi networks, such as the Wi-Fi
network of apartment complex, subway, airport, hotel.
• Do not use VPN or proxy servers for your Wi-Fi network.
• When connecting, make sure the air fryer, your phone and your router are close
enough. “This air fryer does not support networks requiring authentication via
web pages.
• This air fryer does not support routers with hidden Wi-Fi names. The Wi-Fi name
must be visible and recognizable by the phone.
• It is recommended to use a combination of English letters and numbers for the
Wi-Fi name and password, not to use special characters to avoid failures caused
by different input methods.
