Q10. Why cannot the air fryer connect to Wi-Fi?
Before connecting, please turn on location service/GPS on your phone and grant
all the permissions required by Kyvol APP.
Please check the network connection status before connection and make sure
you have paid your network fee in time.
Make sure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router is a
dual-band router, please select the 2.4GHz network.
Make sure you've entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password when
connecting.
Avoid using an emoji or special characters or symbols in your Wi-Fi name and
password.
It is not recommended to use the public Wi-Fi networks, such as the Wi-Fi
network of apartment complex, subway, airport, hotel.
Do not use VPN or proxy servers for your Wi-Fi network.
When connecting, make sure the air fryer, your phone and your router are close
enough. “This air fryer does not support networks requiring authentication via
web pages.
This air fryer does not support routers with hidden Wi-Fi names. The Wi-Fi name
must be visible and recognizable by the phone.
It is recommended to use a combination of English letters and numbers for the
Wi-Fi name and password, not to use special characters to avoid failures caused
by different input methods.
