  If your LaCie storage drive isn't showing up on your computer, you should find an icon and drive letter for it in My Computer. If it's not there, check the connection cables (FireWire, eSATA, or USB) at both ends to ensure they are fully seated. Try disconnecting and reconnecting them after 10 seconds. Restarting your computer might also help. Also, if the LaCie Little Big Disk Quadra is connected via USB or eSATA, ensure the power supply is correctly connected and the outlet is switched on.

For Hi-Speed USB 2.0 performance, connect the drive directly to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port or hub. Also, verify that the Hi-Speed USB 2.0 drivers for both your host bus adapter and device are correctly installed; reinstall them if needed.
