CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid the excess water entering into the
machine, after each use, make sure it is vertically stored
1.- Before proceeding with the cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and room
temperature.
2.- For the cleaning do not use abrasive products or metallic pads that can damage the surface
3.- For long periods of not being used, store the unit in a place free of humidity and well
ventilated.
4.- Avoid reusing water from the container for several cycles. Some mineral substances can stick
to the main body and the internal devices of the product.
5.- Perform a cleaning cycle in a solution of water with vinegar. Turn the product on at maximum
temperature for 1 or 2 hours.
6.- Remove the main body (6) by turning it 90° anti-clockwise and pulling it down. The heating
element, temperature sensor and fan shaft will be exposed. If there are still limescale deposits
inside the product, use a brush to clean it.
7. Over time, impurities may accumulate inside the lower cover (7).
Remove it as indicated in point “3” of the OPERATION section and clean it with a brush.
4.- If there is a difference of over -1°C, press the “HEAT” button for 5 seconds and enter the
calibration mode. Use the wheel until it reaches the value “-1.0”. Press the ON/OFF button
to confirm.
5.- After the process is finished, the sous vide will be calibrated.
