7.- Remember that the button for opening and closing (6) the lid must be in position before fully
closing the lid (9).
8.- Set the pressure level to 1 or 2 by rotating the valve (11).
9.- Position the pot on the heat source and wait until the liquid boils.
NOTE: NEVER allow the pressure cooker to cook “dry”.
10.- As soon as the Valve locking the lid becomes locked in its upper position, opening the lid
(9) will become impossible.
11.- The pressure indicator (10) will begin to go up:
* When the black line can be seen in the indicator, it means the first pressure level
has been reached.
* The second black line means the second pressure level has been reached.
* When the red line can be seen in the indicator, it means the interior pressure is too
high, and that heating needs to be stopped.
