1. OPERATING PROBLEMS
THE DETERGENT OR ACID DOES NOT ENTER THE WASHER
- the chemical suction or delivery tubing is blocked, pinched, cut, or damaged.
- the chemical container is empty.
- the peristaltic chemical pump hose is blocked, pinched, cut, or damaged.
THE WASHER DOES NOT FILL WITH WATER (FILLING FAULT ALARM)
- the water intake hose is blocked, pinched, cut, or damaged.
- the water valve is closed.
- the water inlet filters are blocked.
THE WASHER DISPLAY DOES NOT FUNCTION
- the machine is not connected to the power supply.
- the main power supply .
- the fuses which are located on the microprocessor need to be replaced.
CONTACT A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO REPLACE.
ABNORMAL NOISE
- one of the washing arms is touching an item in the wash chamber. Check the
loading of the washer.
THE WASHER DOES NOT HEAT (HEATING FAULT ALARM)
- the safety thermal cut-out with manual reset for heating elements is off.
CONTACT A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO RESET.
THE WASHER DOES NOT EMPTY (EMPTYING FAULT ALARM)
- the emptying tube is blocked, pinched, or incorrectly installed.
- the emptying pump or pipes are blocked.
- one of the 2 basin filters is blocked.
THE WASHER DOES NOT DRY
- the security thermostat with manual rearming immersion heather is disconnected.
