  A gas smell could indicate a leak in the gas system. Here's what to do: Immediately close the cylinder valve by turning it clockwise. Avoid creating any flames or sparks by not switching on electrical appliances. Then, tighten all gas system connections and inspect all gas system components for visible damage, replacing any defective parts with original spares. Finally, check for leaks using a leak indicator.

  If the burner on your Landmann Grill won't ignite, there are several possible causes: * The cylinder valve might be closed. Open it by turning it anti-clockwise. * The gas cylinder could be empty. Replace it with a full one. * The electronic pulse igniter battery might be flat. Replace the battery with a type AA battery. * The igniter cable may not be in contact with the electronic pulse ignition. Visually inspect and connect if necessary. * The distance between the spark plug and gas outlets on the burner could be incorrect. Visually inspect and correct if necessary. * The gas system might be blocked. In this case, have the gas system cleaned by a specialist.
