The key isn’t inserted or correctly turned.
Insert and turn the key to position ON.
The battery connector is disconnected or poorly
attached to the main w iring connector.
Firmly connect the tw o connectors.
The machine is charging.
Complete the charging operation.
The batteries are discharged.
