WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantees the machine, including the motor, for 24 months from date of
purchase against proof thereof (invoice, receipt).
We recommend you check the product is in good condition immediately after purchase and read
the instructions carefully before use.
The manufacturer provides replacement for all cases of defective approved parts due to manufac-
turing fault or defect.
In no cases can the guarantee give rise to a refund or direct or indirect damages or liabilities of any
sort.
Any request for spare parts should be accompanied by details of exact model number, year of
manufacture and appliance serial number.
This guarantee does not cover:
1. Abnormal use not conforming with instruction manual
2. Inadequate maintenance
3. Poor combination or inadequatelubrication
4. Use for professional or hiring purposes
5. Assembly, adjustment and starting procedures
6. Any damage or loss caused during transit or transfer
7. Any damage due to impact or dropping
8. Appliance packing and transit charges (any transportation charges will be refused by after-sales
service centre)
9. Stated normal consumable items such as knives, blades, spark plugs, tree support for knives,
cables, wheels, hub-caps and collection sacks.
10. Downtime charges or appliance hire in case of breakdown.
Guarantee automatically lapses if:
1. Modifications are made to machine without manufacturer’s approval
2. Non-original or unapproved parts are installed
Manufacturer declines any public liability arising from improper use not complying with normal
standards and/or with ruling regulations and from inadequate maintenance.
No repairs made or parts replacedcan possibly lead to an extension of initial guarantee validity.
SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT THEM.
