Usage Features
Installation:
- Pump Head Installation (YZ15/YZ25/YT15/YT25): The pump head is mounted by aligning its flat shaft end with the drive coupling, pushing it onto the groove, and securing it with two pump head nails into the mounting holes.
- Pump Head Installation (YZ35): Requires setting a shaft protective component into the flat shaft end of the pump head before mounting. It is then aligned with the drive, and secured with two screws and three pump head nails. It is important to ensure even tightening of screws and nails.
Tubing Loading:
- General Procedure: Always ensure the pump drive is turned off before loading tubing. Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position to release the sliding block.
- YZ15/YZ25/YT15/YT25: Throw up one side of the tubing clamp, insert the tubing, then pull the other side tubing clamp to secure it. For YT15 and YT25, a fine-tuning knob adjustment is needed during the first installation. This involves setting the pressure tube clearance knob to the loose state (counterclockwise) and then slowly adjusting it clockwise while the pump runs at 1-5rpm until continuous liquid conveyance without reflow is achieved. For high-pressure fluid transfer, further clockwise adjustment may be needed. YZ15 and YZ25 pump heads do not have adjustable pressure tube clearance.
- YZ35: Similar to other models, pull the pull rod to the horizontal position to release the sliding block. Press on one side of the spring tubing clamp, insert the tubing, then press the other side to secure it. For YZ35, the pressure tube clearance needs adjustment each time the tube is installed. Start with the knob in the loose state (counterclockwise) and then adjust it clockwise while the pump runs at 30rpm until continuous liquid conveyance without reflow. For high-pressure fluid transfer, further clockwise adjustment may be needed. After fine-tuning, the up press block plane and ontology plane should be basically on the same plane, with the up press block plane slightly higher than the ontology plane to increase life.
- Tubing Tension: When loading, tension the tubing with both hands at both ends to ensure a natural stretch without distortion or deviation.
- Large Diameter Tubes (YZ35): When installing large diameter tubes, pay attention to pressing the edges and avoid bursting the tube during the pushing process.
Tubing Unloading:
