• Power Feed Tray is designed exclusively for the HD-25, this power feed tray has
received good reviews for its easy setup and accuracy. Autofeeding is the first step
toward automated lines and lower production costs. A separate specification sheet
is available.
• 2 ¼-inch supply roll mandrels are available at no additional charge at time of
purchase in place of the standard 3-inch mandrels.
• Risers lift a machine off its work surface, allowing longer supply roll brackets
(extensions) to handle larger diameter rolls of film. Risers are not needed with a
stand.
• Stand An extruded aluminum stand is designed to place the unit at optimum
feeding height and to provide a secure base. Casters are available for either stand,
but it is suggested they be removed for stability and safety once the machine is in a
permanent location.
• Upper fan assembly. When running thicker films, additional cooling capacity
enables work to be run at a higher speed.
• Scrap rewind. Enables cold lamination by removing the release liner material from
pressure sensitive adhesives, film and vinyls.
• Footage counter. For accurate measurement of film usage.
• Additional slitter heads. For multiple-up trimming.
