Pull slowly on the recoil starter until
it is engaged, then pull it briskly.
TIP: Grasp the carrying handle firmly
to prevent the generator from
faliing over when pulling the recoil
starter.
After the engine starts, warm up the
engine until the engine does not
stop when the choke knob is
returned to the"ON”" position ④.
TIP:
When starting the engine,with the
EsC"ON"and there is no load on the
generator:
ln ambient temperature below
0℃ (32F), the engine will run at the
rated (5000r/min) for 5
minutes to warm up the engine.ln
ambient temperature below
5℃(41F), the engine will run at the
rated r/min (5000r/min) for 3
minutes to warm up the engine.The
EsC unit operates normally after the
above time period,while the EsC is
“ON”.
