Before You Start Installation

Tools and Materials Needed

Smart Switch Installation and Setup

Turn off Power at Circuit Breaker

Ensure the power to the device is off at the circuit breaker before starting the installation.

Remove Existing Device

Identify and disconnect the wires (HOT, LOAD, NEUTRAL, GROUND, TRAVELER) from the old switch.

Wire the Smart Switch

Connect the smart switch wires (WHITE, LOAD, HOT, GREEN, YELLOW) using provided wire nuts.

Secure the Smart Switch

Gently fold wires into the electrical box and secure the switch using device screws.

Test the Smart Switch

Restore power at the circuit breaker and test the switch operation by pressing the paddle.

Attach Screwless Wall Plate

Align sub-plate, secure with screws, then angle and snap the screwless wall plate into place.

Set Up Your System

Download the app, connect the switch to your network via the app instructions, and control it.

Understanding Your Smart Switch

Paddle Switch Functionality

Use the top to turn on, bottom to turn off. Hold 'off' for 10s for factory reset.
