If it is not, ensure that the lower limit switch S28, safety bottom switches S17, lower ramp switch S12 or S13, and any lower lateral contact board switches are not pressed.

This switch must be pressed when the platform is open. If it is not pressed, LED 13 will be off.

      If your Lehner Lifttechnik Stairlift platform is closed and unresponsive, begin by using the hand wheel to move it approximately 10cm upwards. If the unit is situated at the upper landing station, instead wind it 10cm downwards using the hand wheel, and then re-attempt operation. If the issue persists, manually open the platform by disconnecting the platform connection, remove the side wall plastic covers, and inspect the LEDs on the switchboard, as well as the positions of the switches. Also, verify that LED 24 is illuminated. If it is not, check the barrier arm safety switches S14 and S15, and the ultimate limit switches S22u and S22o.
