2. Enter the serial number that is shown on the IBM agency label on the Lenovo agency label
that comes with the ITL kit; then, attach the new Lenovo agency label to the top of the
server chassis, as close as possible to the original IBM agency label.
3. Slide the server back in the rack.
c. Remove the IBM machine type label from the left EIA bezel and replace it with the Lenovo
machine type label.
d. Replace the IBM system Service Card with the Lenovo system Service Card that comes with
the ITL kit. The following illustration shows the location of the system Service Card. To remove
the system Service Card, grasp the blue tab and pull the card out.
