ofdelivery,youmightneedtopurchaseaSIMcardoraSIMcardmightalreadybeinstalledinyourcomputer
orispartoftheshippingcontentsthatcomewithyourcomputer.
IfyoundaSIMcardincludedintheshippingcontents,adummycardisinstalledintheSIMcardslot.Then
proceedwiththefollowinginstructions.
Note:TheSIMcardisidentiedbytheICchipmountedononesideofthecard.
ToreplacetheSIMcard,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputer;thendisconnecttheacpoweradapterandallcablesfromthecomputer.Wait
threetoveminutestoletthecomputercool.
2.Closethecomputerdisplay,andturnitover.
3.Removethebattery.See“Replacingthebattery”onpage67.
4.LocatetheSIMcardslotinsidethebatterycompartment.Gentlypushthecardtoremoveitfromthe
computer.
