Solid sha mounng
Depending on the ordered version (with/without ange), dierent solid shas are used.
Please pay aenon to the order codes marked on the packaging!
You need:
•
Long-nosed pliers for circlip
•
Fing grease
1
Perform the following acvies:
1.
Remove the protecon covers of the hollow sha bore.
2.
Apply a thin layer of ng grease in the area of the contact surfaces of solid sha and hollow sha bore.
3.
Remove the circlip in pos. 1 from the solid sha.
4.
Push the solid sha through the hollow sha bore up to the limit stop.
5.
Mount the circlip in pos. 1 of the solid sha onto the back of the gearbox.
