  If the battery of your Lesco Paint Sprayer will not charge, check the following: 1. Ensure the charger is correctly plugged into a functioning outlet. 2. If the charger still shows no lights, replace it. 3. If a red light is illuminated without a green light, replace the battery. 4. If a red light is flashing, allow the battery to cool. If red and green lights flash alternately, replace the battery.

  If your Lesco Paint Sprayer is spraying at low pressure, the issue might be a clogged shut-off or nozzle, so clean these parts. It is also possible that the pump needs more time to prime; allow up to 30 seconds for priming.

  If the pump of your Lesco Paint Sprayer won't fully prime, first ensure that the liquid level in the tank is sufficient; add more liquid if it's low. If the pump was run dry before refilling, turn the power switch off, open the shut-off to relieve pressure, and then turn the power switch back on. Chemical residue buildup might also be the cause. In this case, clean the sprayer, and if necessary, repeat with warm water and mild detergent, letting it sit in the pump for up to an hour before rinsing. Also, check the in-tank filter; clean the sprayer and repeat the cleaning process if the filter is improperly installed, missing, or damaged.

  A poor spray pattern from your Lesco Paint Sprayer is usually caused by a partially clogged or damaged nozzle. Try cleaning the nozzle first. If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the nozzle.
