Problem Possible Solution
Mist is leaking from the base.
Empty the base chamber. Refill the water tank (not the base
chamber) and place the water tank properly onto the base.
White dust appears around
the humidifier.
Use purified or distilled water to fill the humidifier. Avoid using
water with high mineral content.
Clean the humidifier (see Care & Maintenance, page 10).
