      If your Levolor Remote Control isn't operating the window covering, first check the indicator light on the remote when you try to use it. If the light doesn't come on, replace the batteries. Remember, you can still use the manual control button on the headrail. If that doesn't work either, ensure the window covering has power by replacing the batteries in the standard or satellite battery pack.

      If your Levolor Remote Control window covering isn't opening or closing fully, or has an unwanted stop, first make sure nothing is blocking it. If there are no obstructions, reset the shading by following the instructions for “Reset Window Covering Programming”.
