If a Scanner jam occurs, do not remove the paper by simply pulling on the paper, this may •
damage the scanner.
Use the following 4 simple steps to remove paper from the scanner document feeder:•
Locate the scanner 1.
document feeder door.
Open the door. 2.
Locate the green tractor
wheel on the left side of
the document feeder.
Turn the green tractor 3.
wheel with one hand
while pulling the paper
with the other hand.
Once the paper is 4.
removed, close the door
and try scanning again.
