Scan to EMR - Enhances the standard “scan to folder” functionality by scanning directly to a directory
used by a health institution electronic medical records system. In addition, the MFP user can scan to a
Window’s network folder. Administrators can create folder destinations, and users can select their
desired destination, browse folders and create folders.
Orders Routing - Allows additional destination device IP addresses and routing of scanned
documents directly to network printers. Scanned jobs can be marked “STAT” (urgent) or normal. An
archive feature is also available in case the users want to archive the images for historical purposes.
Card Copy - Allows healthcare workers to copy both sides of the patient’s insurance and/or other
identification cards, and have them printed on the same side of a single page.
Bookmark Forms - Places an icon on the home screen labeled “Bookmark
Forms.” This icon is a shortcut to the forms menu which allows the user to
locate and print electronic forms which reside on a remote server.
