Steps to basic printing
Saving your settings
You may want to save your settings and use them the next time you
print. To save your settings:

Open the File menu.

Choose Print.... The Print dialog box appears.

Change settings as needed.

Select Save Settings.
Going back to the defaults
You may want to change your settings back to the default settings.

Open the File menu.

Choose Print.... The Print dialog box appears.

Select Revert to Defaults.
