After setting the steering rack to the neutral point, align the dust cover rib with
the power steering protrusion.
HINT:
Measure the standard preload at the steering rack neutral point.
The steering control valve is fully turned when turned 3.14
times. Half of the distance from the fully turned position is the
neutral point.
f. After inspecting the preload, align the matchmarks and install the dust cover.
HINT:
Perform the inspection with the steering link centered.
