Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Rear Axle Assembly

Attach rear axle frame and struts to the tray using specified M8 bolts, nuts, and washers.

Step 2: Attach Dump Lock Assembly

Secure the dump lock assembly to the tray using M8 truss head bolts, lock nuts, and washers.

Step 3: Attach Front Axle Assembly

Connect the front axle assembly and support arm to the frame using M8 bolts, nuts, and washers.

Step 4: Attach Frame to Tray

Fasten the main frame to the tray using M8 truss head bolts, lock nuts, and washers.

Step 5: Attach Wheels

Mount wheels onto axles with spacers and washers, securing with cotter pins.

Step 6: Attach Handle

Connect the handle to the yoke using an M8x60mm bolt, lock nut, and washer.

Operation Instructions

Using the Dumping Feature

Pull release handle forward to unlock and lift tray upward for dumping.

Returning Tray to Lowered Position

Lower the tray and ensure the release handle locks securely in place.
