Why are the tones low on LG-Ericsson iPecs GDC-500H Handsets?

  If the tone is too low or too high when pressing a digit on your LG-Ericsson Handset, it could be due to insufficient RF from the base station or a lack of RF-lock to the base station. Try moving to a location where you can obtain a higher RSSI and wait for the RF-lock to the base station. Alternatively, the keypad tones may be disabled, or the tone volume may need adjustment. Use the Up and Down arrows on the Navigation button to adjust the volume. Also, check if Keypad Tones are enabled or disabled in the User Menu.

  If the Phone icon blinks several times and disappears when you press the TALK button on your LG-Ericsson Handset, it indicates a subscription error. You should terminate the current subscription and then re-subscribe the handset.
