If there is no raster on the AV signal of your LG LCD TV, verify the 5V and 33V of TU701 and check the output of TU701. Also, examine the signal of Q113, Q114, Q115, R194, R198, and R184. Check the input/output of U301 and U101. Finally, check the input source cable and jack.
