For [Snap Window] and [Smart Pointer], an external monitor should be connected through
Expansion, and they cannot be used if the monitor placement in [Display settings] is different
from the actual monitor placement.
Right-click the mouse on Desktop > In [Display settings], change monitor placement according
to the environment in use.
