  If no channels are present on your LG TV after running the Express Script, it is likely that Auto Tuning was not run.   If you cannot directly enter a channel number on your LG TV, it may be because the TV is in Pass-through Mode and Installer Menu item 028 CH. OVERIDE is set to 0, or Channel Access was denied in Express Script. Set 028 CH. OVERIDE to 1 to allow direct keypad entry. Alternatively, if the TV is in FTG Mode, the channel entered may not be in the FTG Channel Map. Modify the FTG Channel Map using the FTG File Manager or the FTG Device Configuration Application.

  If a channel found during Auto Tuning on your LG TV does not tune in with the Channel Up/Down buttons, it may have been deleted in the currently selected channel bank. If banks were set up, premium channels may only be available on another channel bank. Select the channel bank where the channel is set to NORMAL-ADDED. Or, directly enter the channel number, then go to Channel Preview/ Banks Setup Menu and select “NORMAL-ADDED.”

  If pressing BANK on the Installer Remote of your LG TV shows the Input List Menu, it means that Installer Menu item 027 HOSPITAL MODE is set to 0. Set item 027 to the appropriate setting for channel banks to appear with CH. BANK key presses.

  If the Channel Preview/Banks Setup Menu does not appear on your LG TV, the Express Script may not be completed. The Channel Preview/Banks Setup Menu will not be available until the TV setup is transferred to the PTC. Also, set Installer Menu item 028 CH. OVERIDE to 1 to allow access for channel status changes. If applicable, make sure to reset item 028 back to 0 when you are finished with channel banks setup.
