* Test :
① Make the 5 lines using HB pencil(under 1kgf)
② Erase it using the ultra fine cloth
* Judgment :
Must be no scratch on testing surface.

① Must be no Black dots, air bubbles, scratches, internal/external dust,
mote, and Paint lumps that occur upon injection, post-manufacturing and
handling.
② Must be no weld lines, flow marks, gates on appearance surface.
Cosmetics of
Back Cover
① Must be no flash, weld lines, flow marks, shiny spots.
② The gates should look gook. Make it sink on surface.
③ Surface texture pattern must be same with the sample given by LG.
Other

follow LG ID spec.
Gaps between
LCD panel &
Bezel
① Keep the gap below 1.0mm all sides.
∆gap must be blow 0.5mm.
② Must not see internal sheet metal.

Keep the gap below 0.8mm all sides.
∆gap must be blow 0.3mm.

Gaps between stationary parts should be consistent and match ID spec.
