Why is there no image on my LG Digital Signage?

  If no image is displayed on your LG Digital Signage, make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the power outlet. Also, the signal from your PC's graphics card might be out of the product's vertical or horizontal frequency range. If so, adjust the frequency range according to the specifications in the manual. Finally, check the signal cable and use the INPUT menu on the remote control to select the correct input signal.

  If the screen image looks abnormal on your LG Digital Signage, verify that the graphics card resolution and frequency are supported by the product. If the frequency is out of range, set the resolution to the recommended setting in the Control Panel Display Setting menu. Also, ensure the correct input signal is connected to the signal port; connect the signal cable that corresponds to the source input signal.
