Problem Solution
The app size shown on
screen differs from the
actual app size installed
on the TV.
• The app size shown on screen includes the additional
space needed for installing apps and may differ from the
app size as actually installed.
I forgot my TV password.
What should I do?
• If you only have the TV account, you cannot recover your
password when it is lost. Create a new ID and log in with
the ID.
• If you signed up on both TV and PC, you can use the
“Forgot Password?” feature on our website (www.
lgappstv.com).
