Usage Features:
- Turning On/Off: The TV can be turned on or off using the power button on the TV or the Magic Remote. Holding the power button on the TV will close all running apps and stop any recording.
- Menu Navigation: A single button on the TV allows access to and adjustment of menu items. The Magic Remote offers more extensive navigation with directional buttons, a scroll wheel (OK button), and dedicated buttons for Home, Input, Q. Settings, and special functions.
- Magic Remote Control: The Magic Remote needs to be paired with the TV by inserting batteries and pressing the Wheel (OK) button while pointing it at the TV. It can be deregistered by holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for five seconds. Voice recognition is available, requiring a network connection.
- External Connections: The TV supports HDMI and USB connections. When connecting HDMI devices, ensure both the TV and the device are turned off and unplugged. Use certified HDMI cables for optimal performance. For USB devices, some USB hubs may not work, so direct connection to the TV's USB port is recommended.
- Antenna/Cable/Satellite Dish: Connect the TV to a wall antenna socket or satellite dish using a 75 Ω RF cable. Signal amplifiers may be needed for poor image quality.
- PC Mode: In PC mode, users can adjust resolution, refresh rate, brightness, and contrast to optimize picture clarity and reduce noise.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe the TV gently with a soft/dry cloth. Avoid spraying water or other liquids directly onto the TV. Do not use chemicals like glass cleaner, air fresheners, insecticides, lubricants, wax, abrasives, thinners, benzene, or alcohol, as these can damage the product or its panel.
- Battery Replacement: Replace Magic Remote batteries (1.5 V AA) when the "Magic Remote battery is low" message appears. Ensure correct polarity to prevent overheating, leakage, fire, or personal injury. Dispose of batteries properly according to local regulations.
- Moving the TV: When moving the TV, it is recommended to keep it in its original box or packing material. Disconnect all cables and the power cord. For larger TVs, two or more people are needed. Hold the TV firmly by the top and bottom frame, avoiding the transparent part, speaker, or speaker grill area. Avoid jolts, excessive vibration, and tilting the TV on its side.
- Mounting: When mounting the TV on a table, ensure a minimum 10 cm space from the wall for ventilation. For wall mounting, use VESA standard screws and brackets. Remove the stand before wall mounting. Cover stand holes with tape to prevent dust and insects. Ensure the wall mount is adequately secured to a solid wall, and connect all cables before installing fixed wall mounts.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides solutions for common issues such as remote control malfunction, no image/sound, sudden TV shutdown, no signal in PC (HDMI) mode, and abnormal display (e.g., tiny dots, varying brightness/color, image sticking). It also addresses generated sounds like "cracking" noise (due to thermal contraction) and "electrical circuit humming/panel buzzing" (normal low-level noise from high-speed switching circuits).
