Why won't my LG F1480TDS Washer start or spin?

Your LG washer might not start or spin due to several reasons: * The power cord might not be properly plugged in. Ensure it's tightly fitted into the wall outlet. * A blown fuse, tripped circuit breaker, or power outage could be the cause. Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse. Remember not to increase the fuse capacity. If there's a circuit overload, get it fixed by a qualified electrician. * The water supply tap might be off. Turn it on. * Also, make sure the door is closed properly and that you have pressed the Start/Pause button. It can take a moment for the washer to begin spinning after you press Start/Pause, as the door needs to lock first.
