Overview

This document describes the LG Washing Machine, models F14U1FCN(0-9) and F12U1FCN(0-9), providing comprehensive information on its features, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Function Description

The LG Washing Machine is a fully automatic appliance designed for efficient and thorough cleaning of laundry. It incorporates several advanced technologies to optimize washing performance and user convenience.

Key Features:

  • Inverter Direct Drive System: Utilizes an advanced Brushless DC motor that directly drives the drum, eliminating the need for a belt and pulley. This system contributes to reduced noise, vibration, and enhanced durability.
  • 6 Motion Technology: The washer is capable of performing various drum actions or a combination of different actions depending on the wash program selected. This technology, combined with a controlled spin speed and the ability of the drum to rotate both left and right, results in improved washing performance.
  • Turbo Wash: This feature allows for a complete wash cycle in under 1 hour, saving energy and water.
  • Tag On (NFC Function): Enables smart diagnosis and allows users to download cycles, use One Touch Washing, and interact with the washing machine via a smartphone with NFC capabilities.
  • More economical with Intelligent Wash System: This system detects the size of the load and water temperature, then determines the optimum water level and washing time to minimize energy and water consumption.
  • Child Lock: Prevents children from pressing any buttons to change the settings during operation.
  • Low noise speed control system: By sensing the amount of load and balance, the system evenly distributes the load to minimize spinning noise levels.
  • Auto Restart: Automatically restarts the program from the stage where it stopped in case of a power failure.
  • SmartDiagnosis™: This feature allows for easy troubleshooting of technical difficulties by transmitting data to the Customer Information Center via a smartphone. The call center agent can then analyze the data and provide a fast and effective diagnosis.
