Maintenance Features

- Care After Wash:
- Wipe the door and inside of the door seal to remove moisture.
- Leave the door open to dry the drum interior.
- Wipe the body of the washing machine with a dry cloth.
- Cleaning the Interior:
- Wipe around the door opening and door glass with a towel or soft cloth.
- Remove items from the washing machine promptly after cycles to prevent wrinkling, colour transfer, and odour.
- Run the Tub Clean programme once a month (or more often) to remove detergent buildup and residue.
- Cleaning the Water Inlet Filter:
- Turn off supply taps.
- Unscrew the water supply hose.
- Clean the filter with a hard bristle brush.
- Reinsert the drain plug and turn the pump filter.
- Close the cover cap.
- Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter:
- Open the cover cap and pull out the hose.
- Unplug the drain plug and open the filter by turning it to the left.
- Remove any extraneous matter from the filter.
- Turn the pump filter and insert the drain plug.
- Close the cover cap.
- Caution: Drain water first, as it may be hot.
- Cleaning the Dispenser Drawer:
- Remove the drawer by pulling it out until it stops and pressing the disengage button.
- Remove inserts and rinse them and the drawer with warm water to remove buildup.
- Clean the drawer opening with a cloth or small, non-metal brush.
- Wipe off any moisture.
- Return inserts and replace the drawer.
- Caution on Freezing During Winter:
- Install the product where it will not freeze.
- If installed outdoors, ensure proper drainage to prevent water from freezing in the pump and hoses.
- If frozen, pour warm water (50-60 °C) into the drum and wait 1-2 hours.
- Disconnect the cold supply hose and remove water while keeping the hose facing downwards.
- Thaw frozen taps and inlet hose connections with a hot water cloth.
- Check for water flow in the detergent drawer and drainage during rinsing and spinning after thawing.
