Additional Settings
The camera is set to automatically take high quality photos and videos, but
additional adjustments can be made when using Auto mode and Manual
mode. The icons and their settings are dependent on the mode and lens
selected.
Viewfinder icons
Shot mode
The Shot mode icon is only available on the Auto camera mode
viewfinder. It sets how the picture or video will be taken.
Auto takes a normal shot.
Popout takes a photo or records video using both of the rear camera
lenses. The wider view frames the main view. Tap the Views icon to
select the shape to use. Tap an effect (Fisheye, B&W, Vignette and Lens
blur) to apply it to the wider view.
Multi-view takes photos and/or videos in different configurations by
dividing the viewfinder into sections. Tap the Collage icon to set how
you want it divided. Tap the Sequence icon to toggle between
activating one shot section at a time or activating all of the sections at
the same time. Swipe a section to swap lenses if necessary.
Snap takes multiple small video clips and allows you to assemble them
into a short video.
Panorama allows you to pan your phone slowly in one direction to take
continuous photos which the camera combines into a single wide photo.
Slo-mo takes slow-motion video footage.
Time-lapse allows you to take time-lapse video footage. Tap the
recording speed to change it. When recording in high speed, the video
will be more compressed.
NOTE Sound is not recorded for a Time-lapse video.
