Check the voltage
betweenTP1 and TP2 is 3v?
LDO(U306 Main PCB ) has a problem.
Replace U306 or change the board

Fix the wires or replace the
vibrator

Vibrator has a problem.
Change Vibrator
Soldering check
Check the condition of VIB Pad (FPCB)
If problem, Re-solder the VIB Pad

Check the soldering of Pad

Check the Main FPCB

Change the Main FPCB
