h GND is a "-" terminal for dry contact of the outdoor unit. GND does not mean ground.
h Check if the terminals of the master and slave outdoor units are compatible (for example, A-A
and B-B).
h Consider the capacity of all indoor units that are connected
• Install the ELCB.
• The indoor unit grounding needs the ground wire to prevent the indoor unit short circuit-
ing, to prevent a communication failure due to noise and to prevent a motor current leak-
age. (Not connected to piping)
• For communication cables, grounding should be done only to Single point ground of the
outdoor unit.
• Do not install an individual switch or an individual wall outlet which can block the power
supply to each indoor unit connected to the outdoor unit.
