Usage Features
Control Panel and Functions:
- Freezer Temperature: Default is -18 °C, adjustable from -23 °C to -15 °C.
- Fridge Temperature: Default is 3 °C, adjustable from 1 °C to 7 °C.
- Water Filter / Water Filter Replace: Indicator lights up when the filter needs replacement (approximately every six months). Press and hold for three seconds to reset.
- Express Frz.: Quickly freezes large amounts of ice or frozen foods.
- Wi-Fi: Button to connect the appliance to a home Wi-Fi network for LG ThinQ features.
Interior Components:
- LED Interior Lighting: Illuminates the inside of the fridge.

- Icemaker: Begins producing ice approximately 48 hours after installation. The first few batches of ice should be discarded.
Maintenance Features
General Cleaning Tips:
- Interior: Remove shelves and drawers, wash with water, and dry thoroughly. Wipe door gaskets with a wet soft towel. Do not clean shelves or containers in a dishwasher. The automatic defrosting system prevents ice buildup.
- Exterior: Clean outside air vents by vacuuming. Use a clean sponge or soft cloth with mild detergent and warm water for the exterior. For stainless steel doors, use a dedicated cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain.
- Condenser Cover: Clean with a vacuum cleaner and brush every 12 months to maintain operating efficiency.
- Power Cord: Disconnect before cleaning the interior or exterior. Check for damage after cleaning.
- Flammable Substances: Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners, or cleaning agents containing flammable substances (alcohol, thinner, bleach, benzene, etc.) to clean the appliance.
Water Filter Replacement:
- The water filter should be changed every 6 months or when the indicator light on the control panel turns on, or when water dispenser output decreases.
- Instructions are provided for removing the old filter and installing a new one, including flushing about 10 liters of water after replacement.
- Replacement Cartridge: LT1000P, LT1000PC, LT1000PCS or ADQ747935**.
- Caution: Failure to replace filters or using non-LG authorized filters can cause leakage and property damage.
