1. DOOR
1) Remove lower cover and then disconnect water
supply tube in the lower part of freezer door.
• Pull a water supply tube b forward while pressing a part
to disconnect water supply tube as shown below.
2) Remove a freezer door.
(1) Loosen hinge cover screw of freezer door and remove
cover.
Disconnect all connecting lines except earthing cord.
(2) Turn hinge lever in arrow A direction until it is
loosened and take it out in arrow B direction.
Note :
• When disconnecting refrigerator door, turn hinge
lever counterclockwise.
• If hinge lever or bracket hinge pin is deformed
during assembling freezer and refrigerator doors,
fix two screws (Tap Tite Screw, M6: Hinge, L fixing
screw) in the hole of upper hinge.
(3) Disconnect upper hinge a from a hinge supporter b
by grasping the front part of upper hinge and lifting up
(Hinge Assy, U) in arrow direction A and pull forward
in arrow B direction. Be careful as the door may be
fallen down.
(4) Lift up the freezer door a in arrow direction and
disconnect the door from the lower hinge b. Don’t pull
a door forward.
Note :
• Lift up a freezer door until a water supply tube is
fully taken out.
(5) Assembly is the reverse order of disassembly
