Text-to-speech
You use the Text-to-speech
settings to configure the Android
text-to-speech synthesiser,
for applications that can take
advantage of it.
NOTE: If you don’t have speech
synthesiser data installed, only
the Install voice data setting is
available.
Date & time
Use Date & time settings to set
your references for how dates
are displayed. You can also use
these settings to set your own
time and time zone rather than
obtaining the current time from
the mobile network.
