If your LG Cell Phone cannot be switched on, ensure the On/Off key is pressed for at least two seconds. Also, check if the battery is empty and charge it, verifying the charging indicator on the display. Clean the battery contacts if they are dirty. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the correct range before charging. Check the power supply and connection to the phone. Verify there is mains voltage by trying a different socket. If the charger doesn't warm up, replace it. Only use original LG accessories. If none of these steps work, the battery may be defective and need replacement.
