How do I perform a
Factory data reset?
Reset your settings to the factory default
values and delete all your data. If you reset
the phone in this way, you are prompted to
reenter the same information as when you
first started Android.
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu

2. Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory
data reset.
3. Read the warning and touch Reset
phone.
4. Touch Erase everything.
Attention:
If you select Factory data reset, it will
erase all of your personal data from
your phone’s system memory, including
information about your Google account,
any other accounts, your system/
application data and settings as well as
any downloaded applications and DRM
license.
