• Electrical wiring diagram (Colors)
• Check the connecting state of connectors
in PCB Ass'y(Main/Sub)
• If CN-UWV is connected, the comprressor
can be operated a opposite direction.

Is the power module in Sub PCB Ass'y
right?
• Check the short P-N P-U, V, W, and N-U,
V, W of IPM and then collector, emiter of
IGBT
• Replace the Sub PCB Ass'y.

Is the voltage of CN-AC over than
AC170V?
Check the supplied voltage.
NO
YES
Is the voltage of CN-DC over than about
DC260V?
• Check CN-IPM connector(Pin No. 12)
• Replace the Sub PCB Ass'y.

Replace the PCB Ass'y.
