Unplug unit & Open Cover M/C
Unplug c-fan motor housing
Cut off cable tie on
condenser inside corner
Loose guide fan screw and
push condenser Joint pipe
down slowly
Move guide fan assembly out
of frame and take it
out from machinery room
Replacement for new fan
motor and new guide fan
if needed
Put guide fan assembly
into machinery room
carefully and install on the
frame well (all hook check)
Tighten screw on
Guide fan and check gap
between fan and guide fan
Move condenser joint pipe
to right location and
connect c-fan motor
housing
※ Notice: 3EA hook install well
※ Notice: fan and guide fan gap 4±1mm
Gap 4±1mm
※ Notice: condenser not pull out
※ Notice: condenser joint pipe parallel
※ Notice: damper motor, fan install well
