The water filter may need replacement approximately every six months, when the indicator turns on, the water dispenser output decreases, or the ice cubes are smaller than normal. Low house water supply pressure or the use of a reverse osmosis filtration system can also cause issues. Ensure the tubing connecting the refrigerator to the house supply valve is not kinked.
