If the remote control for your LG Receiver isn't working correctly, make sure to aim it directly at the receiver's remote sensor, and stay within a range of approximately 23 feet (7 meters). Clear any obstructions between the remote and the receiver. If it still fails, the batteries might be dead, so try replacing them with fresh ones.
